I have received a similar report from Lord Fitzroy with the Proceedings of a Military Medical Committee, and I have the honor to forward for Your Excellency's information a copy of my letter. Nr 18 of the 18th Instant to His Lordship, intimating my intention of having the ground levelled and cleared away
